Shipping & Delivery

In order to keep your coffee fresh and have it arrive fresh, items usually ship the same day or within 24 hours. We use FedEx and USPS Priority Mail for 2-3 day delivery services. Unfortunately, neither of these companies guarantee when the item will arrive and so neither can we at Chronos Coffee. However, we do everything in our power to ship out your fresh-roasted coffee as swiftly as possible so it will arrive fresh and delicious.

Privacy & Security

Chronos Coffee takes your privacy very seriously. The only information we gather from you is used to process purchases through our secure website or if you sign up for our newsletter. We do not sell or give away any of your information. Since we desire your experience with Chronos Coffee to be pleasant and private, we will do everything necessary to ensure you are protected from unnecessary solicitation.

Returns

Customers are number one at Chronos Coffee. If you were not absolutely pleased with our coffee, please return it, and we will send you another of the same item or provide you with a 100% refund of the product price. Please email service@chronoscoffee.com to setup the return. Your satisfaction is our number one goal.
